I'm having trouble connecting to my bank

Does the bank’s website open instead of the app when connecting?

When connecting with a bank, your phone tries to open the app for the bank you have chosen. Your phone has most likely “forgotten” which banking app belongs to the bank you selected. Follow the steps below to restore this.

Follow these steps

  1. Open this support page in Safari on your phone
  2. Look below at the list of banks
  3. Hold the link of your bank for a few seconds until a menu opens
  4. Tap: “Open with (bank name).” (only available if the app of the relevant bank is actually installed on your phone)
  5. The app of your bank will likely open with an error message. This is intentional; this action has caused your phone to “remember” which app should be opened
  6. Open Dappre and reconnect with your bank
